About
The collection of works is an investigation of a personal significant practice into ritual objects associated with symbolic offerings, ancestor veneration and auspicious transcendence related to my Chinese heritage. In referencing traditional graphic motifs associated with this context and translating the dialogue into wearable forms and objects. The space will consist of hand made metal vessels, jewellery objects and mix-media. These pieces will contain within their visual structure auspicious motifs and patterns familiar to our understanding of this culture.

For more information about the curatorial theme please contact Stanley Street Gallery for a printed copy of this catalogue.
